It’s ridiculously easy to make, has minimal ingredients and has that perfect Asian flare. I love it paired with steamed rice and broccoli!

Honey Soy Chicken Skewers
yields 6-8 skewers
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tbsp oil
- Four ounces skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
Combine the first four ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl.
Whisk well until honey is incorporated.
Add in chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Heat grill to medium heat.
Thread chicken onto skewers and grill 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
