Lemonade Gin and Tonic
Serves one

You’ll need:

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce St. Germaine Liqueur
  • 1 ounce thyme simple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Tonic to top
  • Thyme sprigs as garnish optional

Fill a tall glass quarter way through with ice.
Pour in gin and St.Germaine. Top with lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir to combine. Top off with tonic and garnish with extra sprigs of thyme.

For the simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan. Add 3-4 sprigs thyme and set to boil. Once water boils, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Turn off and set aside. Once cooled, remove sprigs. Liquid can be kept in fridge for several days.

This looks so refreshing, Gigi! I’m actually just enjoying a gin and tonic now (I picked up some artisinal gin and tonics in Vancouver recently) but I’m always up to try something new! Pinning for future reference. :) Thanks for the gorgeous recipe and I hope you’re enjoying your time in Miami!
