A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending a private Chandon tasting with Pauline Lhote, head winemaker at Chandon. While we got to taste quite a few different varieties on their own, we also made a few cocktails using Chandon bubbles! My favourite? The Chandon Rosé Strawberry Cocktail. It’s so fresh, so fun and so easy that I just had to share it with you all! It’s perfect for parties and especially if you are searching for a signature cocktail to serve. All the ingredients can be prepped ahead of time, requiring no last minute running around!Read on for the recipe and some gorgeous pics snapped by Lisa Renault Photographie!
